Palinopsia
“Palinopsia,” featured in Ouroboros, was a solo piece choreographed and performed by Kaylee. The piece used an original sound composition, “Sea to Sky,” created and live-mixed by Joel Lagemaat.
I used to love looking at the clouds
Like on that drive we took as a family
Stopping to sip in the melancholy,
And remembering the bittersweet taste
I tell myself you all are forgotten
Along with the clouds in the night sky
You are left sitting on the tip of my tongue
Like the last drop waiting to be sipped
